There is really no getting away from the fact that we all grow up and grow old. With aging comes the usual wrinkles and creases and aches and pains in our joints and bodies. These are the exact reasons that many of look back to when we were younger, when it seemed we would be staying young for ever. If we could only freeze time and stay youthful forever, everything would be great.

It’s a proven fact that movement and exercise helps to keep your muscles in tip-top shape and this will drastically cut down on the strains and aches on your body. Hobbling and struggling out of a chair is a sure sign that you are not doing enough to remain mobile and flexible, so if that is you and you’re seriously looking for ways of staying young, then concentrate more on keeping flexible – especially your spine.
3) Keep a close eye on what you eat and drink. Nothing will age you faster than gaining too much weight. Carrying more weight than you should will seriously affect your joints and your heart – the knock on effect of which can be far reaching. Make sure you’re taking in plenty of nutrients and vitamins.
4) Make sure you find the fun in life! If staying young is your goal, then enjoy life. Don’t spend your days and nights, worrying about stuff, especially stuff that you can’t change and have no control over. Instead get out and make friends and enjoy yourself. Laughter is a great way to stave off those wrinkle lines!
5) One of the most effective ways to staying young is to make sure that you drink plenty of liquids, especially water! Water will help to keep your skin hydrated and plump. Remember nothing looks older than dehydrated dry skin, so aim to drink around 2 liters of water per day if you can.
